Reimbursements are issued through bill.com; if you don't already have an account, you'll receive an email to set one up. Once a claim is approved, reimbursement is typically issued within 10 business days. Please attach a copy of the shop work order, and include a signed copy of the form (email to service@viatec.us, or ship parts with the form to Viatec Customer Service, 125 Leader Dr, Piedmont, SC 29673).
